GFS managed the installation of all resinous flooring, concrete sealer and polishing in TSMC’s main waste water treatment and central utility plants.  Completing the work in these multilevel buildings required nimble, cross-trained crews and extreme logistical support.  Changes in layout of hundreds of concrete pads and flexing mechanical equipment delivery schedules required significant coordination and management of the resinous flooring team.  GFS worked closely onsite with the general contractor and our project partners to keep the project flowing and on schedule in spite of the changes and challenges.
